FAQ for Paper Submission to IEEE PEAC 2026
2026 IEEE International Power Electronics and Application Conference (PEAC)将于2026 年11 月5 -8日在苏州召开。征文工作已启动并已开放在线投稿系统:

为方便各位作者投稿,会议秘书处编制了常见问题答疑,供参考。
2026 IEEE International Power Electronics and Application Conference (PEAC) will be held in
Suzhou, during November 5-8, 2026.
The call for papers has been released, and the online submission system is now open at:

To assist authors with their submissions, the conference secretariat has prepared the following FAQ.
1. 问:论文初稿是否只需要提交摘要?
答:论文初稿应包括题目、摘要、全文、参考文献等。
Q: Is the Digest required to include only an abstract?
A: The Digest is a summary of your paper including the digest title, abstract, digest text and references.
2. 问:论文初稿模板是单栏的?
答:是的。论文初稿被录用后,会议将提供终稿模板。
Q: Is the Digest Template supposed to be single-column?
A: Yes. After the Digest is accepted, we will provide a template for the final submission.
3. 问:论文提交截止时间是截止日当天的几点?
答:截止日当日的24:00。
Q: At what time on the cutoff date is the paper submission deadline?
A: The deadline is at 24:00 (midnight) on the cutoff date.
4. 问:论文被收录到会议论文集后,还可以投稿到其他期刊或会议么?
答:不可以。
Q: After a paper is included in the conference proceedings, can it be submitted to other journals or conferences?
A: No.
5. 问:论文初稿被录用后,需申请变更录用发表形式(口头/墙报),该如何做?
答:如申请对论文的录用发表形式进行修改,请在2026年8月31日之前发送邮件至peac@cpss.org.cn,并以“Presentation changing application -(Paper ID) ”为邮件主题。邮件中注明论文信息、申请修改原因,以及申请修改的形式等。
逾期不再接受任何形式的修改申请。修改申请将统一提交会议程序委员会审核,审核结果另行通知。
Q: How to request a change of the presentation type (oral/poster) after the paper has been accepted?”
A:To request a change of the presentation type, please send an email to peac@cpss.org.cn before August 31st, 2026 with the title "Presentation changing application - ". The email should include paper information, reason for the change, and the requested presentation type.
No change requests will be accepted after the deadline. All requests will be submitted to the Technical Program Committee for review, and the decision will be communicated separately.
6. 问:论文若要被发表在会议论文集中,并提交至IEEE Xplore数字图书馆和EI检索数据库,需要完成哪些程序?
答:论文初稿被录用后,作者需完成以下全部程序:
(1)提交终稿文件;
(2)终稿文件符合会议论文模板格式,查重、引用不存在问题;
(3)完成copyright transfer;
(4)按要求完成参会注册缴费;
(5)参会交流。口头报告作者出席对应场次并以PPT形式宣读论文。墙报作者出席对应场次(需签到)并在规定区域张贴论文海报。
Q: What procedures should be completed for a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, submitted to the IEEE Xplore online digital library and indexed by EI Compendex?
A: After the Digest is accepted, authors should complete all of the following steps:
(1) Submit the final paper;
(2) Ensure the final paper complies with the conference paper template, and that plagiarism and citation checks are satisfactory;
(3) Complete the copyright transfer;
(4) Complete registration and payment as required;
(5) Present the paper at the conference. Oral presenters should attend their scheduled sessions and present their papers using PPT. Poster presenters should attend their scheduled sessions (sign-in required) and display their posters in the required area.
7. 问:会议录用论文需要交版面费吗?
答:不需要。但论文作者之一需要完成参会注册缴费。
Q: Is there a page charge for accepted papers?
A: No. However, one of the authors is required to complete the registration and payment.
8. 问:论文作者无法参会交流,该怎么做?
答:论文作者之一到会交流即可。如全部作者均无法参会,可委托其他了解该论文内容的人员现场交流。
Q: What if none of the authors can attend the conference?
A: One of the authors will attend the conference and present their contribution. If none of the authors can attend, then a qualified colleague who is familiar with the paper may present it.
9. 问:论文的两种展示形式(口头报告和墙报交流),是否有模板?
答:没有模板。准备过程需注意的事项,可参考会议网站相关说明:

Q: Are there templates for the two presentation types (oral and poster) for the paper?
A: No. For guidelines on preparing oral and poster presentations, please refer to the relevant instructions on the conference website:

10. 问:口头报告的PPT或墙报交流的海报,是否需会前提交给会务组?
答:不需要。录用发表形式为口头报告的论文,作者需自行携带U盘拷贝到现场的会议专用电脑中;录用发表形式为墙报交流的论文,作者需自行携带海报到现场张贴。
Q: Are the PowerPoint files for oral presentations and the posters for poster sessions required to be submitted in advance to the conference organizers?
A: No. For oral presentations, authors should bring their PowerPoint files on a USB drive and load them onto the conference computer on-site. For poster presentations, authors should bring their printed posters and post them at the venue.
11. 问:纸质论文录用证明何时提供?
答:原则上由参会作者到会议现场统一领取。
Q: When will the paper acceptance certificate in hardcopy be provided?
A: In principle, attending authors may collect the certificate on-site at the conference venue.
12. 问:如在会议注册、缴费及发票申请过程中遇到问题,该如何做?
