1. An author must pay a full, regular registration fee before Sept. 15th, 2026. Reduced registration fees (i.e. student registration, etc.) are not considered regular, and will NOT be accepted for publication.

2. Each full, regular registration entitles an author to publish up one (1) paper. An additional paper fee is required for one author to include a second paper. An additional full registration fee is required for one author to include a third paper.

3. The Early-Bird Date is Oct. 9th, 2026.

4. On-line Registrations must be submitted by October 29th, 2026, after October 29th you have to register on-site.

5. All requests for cancellation and refund of registration fees must be received in writing at the PEAC offices no later than the close of business October 14th, 2026. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference and will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee.

6. For those who register and are unable to attend the conference, any Proceedings, Seminars on USB or other materials to which you are entitled will be shipped to you within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference.

7. Full registration includes a conference proceeding, tutorials workbook, conference banquet, and 6 buffet tickets.

8. Technical registration includes a conference proceeding, conference banquet, 4 buffet tickets.

9. Tutorials registration includes a tutorials workbook, 3 buffet tickets.

10. Accompanying persons may not attend the academic program, each registration for accompanying person includes a welcome reception, conference banquet and 6 buffet tickets.
